Establishment
In recent years, people have become more active and companies are expanding their business globally, thanks to the availability of more convenient forms of transportation and easy access to global information via the Internet. However, when developing new business from overseas to Japan or from Japan to overseas, we often see situations in which clients are faced with difficulties in developing business due to a lack of resources and technical knowledge to manage business performance and establish sufficient internal controls within the target companies.
In order to successfully expand overseas operations, it is necessary to have not only business knowledge but also sufficient management skills and technical knowledge to manage the international and internal controls. Without these skills and knowledge, appropriate management of business results cannot be achieved, and as a result, international management has both a high financial cost as well as a high time cost.
Accordingly, we have set up our company to support overseas business expansion from the aspects of accounting and consulting services.
